The studio
Theia's team
Theia runs the marketing, but she does not do it alone. When the work needs research, ideas, rendering or code, she sends in a specialist. Each one has a name, a job and a face. It is the marketing department you do not have to hire.

Roster
- Scoutresearch specialist
- Junocreative director
- Milovideo editor
- Adadeveloper
Four specialists, one director
Every background task Theia starts is handed to one of them. Here is who does what, and the tools each one reaches for.
Scout - research specialist

Scout
research specialist
The one you send when you want to know what is working right now. She pulls trending hashtags, reads competitor accounts frame by frame, and writes a short report every time she finds a pattern worth stealing. If a post went viral in your niche this week, Scout found it before you did.
Tools on hand
- research_hashtag
- sync_tiktok_profile_posts
- decompose_posts
- extract_frames
- synthesize_templates
Juno - creative director

Juno
creative director
The one who pushes for the bolder version of the idea. She writes several distinct drafts instead of one safe one, then argues for the one with the sharpest hook. She is the reason a carousel says something surprising instead of something generic.
Tools on hand
- plan_next_actions
- write_post_quote
- write_post_caption
- seed_post_slides
- create_timeline
Milo - video editor

Milo
video editor
The one who owns rendering: videos, clip assembly and motion. He hands long jobs to the background queue so Theia and the others can keep moving. If a render takes 90 seconds, that is 90 seconds everyone else got back.
Tools on hand
- generate_video
- compile_timeline
- add_visual_clip
- fill_clip
- compose_video
Ada - developer

Ada
developer
The one who reads source code and opens PRs. If Theia hits a bug mid-session, Ada is sent in to trace it, write a fix, run the tests, and come back with a diff. She found a broken slide link in twelve minutes last week.
Tools on hand
- shell
- source_read_file
- source_edit_file
- source_test
- propose_source_change
A creative director, not a prompt engineer
Theia sits at the top of the loop. She picks the strategy, decides what to make and reviews the output. When the work splits, say research while drafting, she sends two teammates in parallel. When a render or a sync will take a while, she hands it off and keeps moving. You watch the whole department work, live, like sitting in on a marketing standup.
